Partner Agreement
These terms explain how approved homeschool evaluators may recommend The Homeschool Compass and receive partner earnings.

Program relationship
Approved partners may recommend The Homeschool Compass using their assigned link or code. Partners are independent participants, not employees, agents, representatives, or evaluation decision-makers for Inspire Guide Nurture.
Family membership price
Every family may use Compass Free without a card or expiration date. Compass Plus is an optional $60 per-family annual upgrade and renews annually until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated separately. A partner link or code records referral attribution; it does not change either membership price. A family can be attributed to only one evaluator partner.
Qualifying referrals
A referral qualifies when a new family follows an active partner link or enters the partner code, creates its family account during the attribution period, and makes a successful eligible membership payment. A family can be assigned to only one partner. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, complimentary memberships, fraudulent transactions, refunded payments, chargebacks, and previously registered families do not qualify.
Complimentary evaluator directory profile
After an approved partner refers one verified new family that creates a Compass account through the partner’s assigned link or code, the partner becomes eligible for a complimentary profile in the upcoming Homeschool Evaluator Directory. The family does not need to purchase Compass Plus. Before publishing a profile, Inspire Guide Nurture will request the evaluator’s consent, confirm relevant credentials, and collect the business details, service areas, contact information, and links the evaluator authorizes for public display. Family identities and account activity are never included. Directory eligibility does not guarantee permanent placement, search position, referrals, clients, or an evaluation outcome, and profiles must continue to meet directory standards.
Partner earnings and payout
Partner earnings equal 30% of the eligible amount actually collected, excluding taxes and refunded amounts, during the referred family’s first 12 paid months. For a qualifying $60 annual partner membership, partner earnings are $18 and apply only to the first paid year—not later annual renewals. Partner earnings remain pending for at least 30 days and may be adjusted or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, or billing corrections. The standard payout minimum is $25. Approved balances are paid on the program’s monthly schedule after required tax and payment information is received.
Honest promotion and disclosure
Partners must make truthful, experience-based statements and clearly disclose their relationship near each recommendation or referral link. A suitable disclosure is: “Families can use Compass Free without a card. After my first verified family referral, I may become eligible for a complimentary directory profile, and I may receive Partner Earnings if a referred family later chooses the optional $60 annual Compass Plus membership.” Partners may not claim that Compass is required, government-approved, guaranteed to satisfy legal requirements, or guaranteed to produce a favorable evaluation.
Family privacy
Participation never gives a partner access to a family’s identity, children, planner, uploads, portfolio, billing details, or account. A parent may independently choose to share a downloaded report with an evaluator. Partners must not request a family’s password, secure sign-in link, or account access.
Program administration
Inspire Guide Nurture may review promotional activity, correct tracking errors, withhold questionable partner earnings while investigating, change prospective program terms, or suspend participation for misleading promotion, privacy violations, fraud, noncompliance, or conduct that could harm families or the brand. Earned, approved partner earnings remain subject to refunds and applicable law.
Taxes
Partners are responsible for their own taxes and for providing any reasonably requested tax documentation before payout. Inspire Guide Nurture may delay payouts until required documentation is complete and may issue tax reporting forms when required.
